Mama's proud moment

Nicole and I have been making the trek out Sierra Madre every 5 weeks since december and in the middle of the Pediatrician GI's office is a drawing table .. well much to our suprise the Bird that Nicole drew and colored so beautifully last time we were there, is now displayed on the wall of art for all to see ...

A true proud moment for me ... for my honors high school student !!!!

I think i blinked

From Thursday to Sunday ... I think I blinked and 4 days were gone ! !! How does that hapen ....

3 Days spent in the hospital with dad as he had his back surgery ... a blues soccer game, picking up and dropping off extra kids,

chaperoning Nicole's youth groups booth at the carnival, selling bacon wrapped hot dogs, dad home and settled (almost), 2 soccer games, back to carnival, off to Rob's Birthday party ... and more!!! 

believe it or not, I actually got about 12 hours sleep in 3 days, i did fit that in...

Believe it or not .... there are always some great times in the midst of chaos!!!!

Digestive System ......

 I am learning so much about the digestive system. I am also learning so much about myself ....

I am strong ... I am determined ... and I love my life ....

This journey sure isn't easy on some days, but i will be fine and with each crazy step

i am learning something !!!!

Spring Break 2012

Spring Break 2012 ....

As always  ... celebrated birthdays of mom, joanie, sheri and Mario ...

A wonderful week, but a bit different .....

Mark and Ryan had their week ...

Nicole and I had ours ....

Nicole and I headed out for Palm Desert

a week spent with her bestie Lauren ....

 3 day of doing nothing ...

reading, relaxing, swimming, reading, relaxing, and movies ... oh did i say relaxing ....

I read 3 books, went to the movies 2 times, went for a foot massage, rented 3 movies

and enjoyed spending lots of time with my little girl !!!! We sure had fun

off to Universal Studios .... 2 times on the tram tour ... water world ... rides and and new desire to see old movies ....

The big theme for me this week .. Hunger Games ..

Had to see what the hype is about ... read the book, saw the movie ... and hummmmm still not sure

All in all, we sure had a great week off.

I'm not sure we will know what to do when that alarm goes off on Monday morning!!!

One thing is for sure .... Summer .. we are ready for you

Easter 2012 ....

A morning of not so normal routines, church and lunch as a family !!!!

Easter dinner was moved to Joanie's ... but great grandma still the egg hunt .. 22 eggs per kid, each with their initial on them !!!
