A great day ....

that included a easter basket search at home

getting to hear Nicole sing with the praise group at Church

a nice breakfast out with my family

then an afternoon of fun

with all my family

including an easter egg hunt, laughs and time together !!!!

 

God is GOOD !!!!!

What a week .... 

The excitement started 2 hours after school got on Thursday as Ryan and I hit the road for big bear ...

Snow here we come !!!!

 They are off .... 2 nights in a cabin with your buds
and a day of snowboarding ....

What could be better than that ??

 

 fun times

 

 What do teenage boys after a day on the slopes....  yep ... veg out with XBOX !!!!

 

on saturday ... Nicole spent the day doing charity work and helping to

raise money for "From Maddi's Closet" at the Duck Event in La Mirada

 

 So a great group of kids and an amazing cause !!!!

 

 

with mark on vacation and a week of no school ahead the fun continues !!!!

the 4 of us spent the day in LA ...

Natural History Museum, the Rose Garden, Philippe's for dinner (yum) ...

 

   

 

Enjoyed a fun evening with friends .. which included

Hamburgers on glazed donuts (instead of a bun) crazy!!! Jury still out on them for me..

but Nicole said they were Bomb!!!

 

 

 

 Mark and the kids ( and a few of their friends)

enjoyed the day at the beach !!!

Only is southern California ... LOVE !!!

perfect day !!!!

Sun, beach, sand, friends, shopping, boarding ...

 

 I got to spend time at my onocology office .. Damm I want my numbers to go down and be normal... but that is too much to ask for i guess...

so I continue to check and see !!!!!

 

 2 days ..... 8 stores ...

cleat shopping!!!

Man, Ryan is a cleat snob .... But worth it in the end ... he is super happy

 LOVE !!!!!!

 Nicole and I headed off to the Rainbow outlet, lunch and the Irvine Spectrum

with Michael and Melissa ....

gotta love new flip flops

 

 

 

 

It's nearing the end of the week ... but we are not

slowing down yet !!!!

 

 A trip to

Olvera Street ... dripping candles, chile Lime Candy

& Churros ...

Ryan actually thought he could talk us into letting him buy a cow foot bottle holder ... NOT !!!!

How lucky am I ... Philippe's twice in one week !!!

 A new treat to us !!!  Fancy shaved ice ...  My flavor of choice for today .. Frozen Banana ..

chocolate soft serve, banana shaved ice and more chocolate soft serve ... very good !!!

 

Throw in a few great soccer games ....

played in his new cleats ... he played awesome !!! including a corner kick GOAL ...

and that was our week ...

( i know this post is a bit too much, but with all that fun we had to show it all)

By sunday afternoon ... it was all about editing photos and enjoying some margarita's...
