Bravo tournament !!!

We didn't win this tournament, we didn't place either !! But these boys are amazing and we are very proud of them.

Blessed with 94 years and counting ........

I count my blessings every day that for 46 years I have had the

love and support of my gram !!!

 

She is such an important part of who I am.  She has guided us with so many

words of wisdom that I will carry forever...

Happy Birthday Mark !!!!

We celebrated Mark's big day with dinner, friends and a movie ...

Drive-in Style ...

 

I had not been to a drive-in since the 80's ... they are still same ...

A little bit dingy, a little bit dirty, a little bit interesting ...

But a lot of FUN !!!!

Another first for me ... a day with my family and cousins .. sitting in wheelchair !!!

Whatever it takes to spend time with my family and see their smiles !!!

 



Beach Soccer tournament !!!!

 

A weekend of soccer means a weekend of hanging at the beach !!

 

Xplosion hit the beach with 2 teams and hopes of a great tournament and they did !!!!

Xplosion Red made it undefeated all the way to the championship game,

where they lost 2-1 and took 2nd place ... Awesome

Xplsoion White ... lost 1, tied 2, won 1 and took 2nd place ..

So proud of these boys .. they played with all their heart and kept

 it clean even against some dirty plays.

Way to go Ryan and team

Update

Update!

Spent a couple hours with Dr. Low this morning

we did x-rays on my wrist it looks great.

We did x-rays on my knee ...

well, we can still see all the fractures.

Some are maybe healing a tiny bit ..

some may be held together with scare tissue,

but it's been 14 weeks .. so we have to get moving.

We need to try to start moving it...

It may shift, it may break apart, but we wont know

til we try .. so therapy here I come.

Doc gave me a new prescription for pain pills,

that scares me a lot !!!

But I gotta try, I have to get my life back,

I have to see what happens ..
