I ran ......................

I ran away for 10 ten hours ....

Time for just me ... time to think, process and regroup!!!

a movie, hours sitting at beach watching the waves, dinner at Hof's Hut (alone)

watching the sunset at the marina, a venti non fat white chocolate mocha, new make up and

a quiet drive home ...

The hours away didn't bring what I thought I needed or wanted ..

but it brought a little peace

to get me thru a little more...

time for me = a better me

A step .....................

You never know what is around the corner to help you on our journey...

tonight with the help of an out reached hand I am going to

attend my first support group meeting ...

My hope is:

 fears are calmed, questions may answered and a tiny bit of lonliness

may be filled...

If nothing else my tiny step to acceptance and panic is ?????

or my other choice is to RUN .. run fast and far ..

we'll see !!!

Her new best friend ....

Nicole came home from school on Friday and told me ..
Mrs. Clarkson (her geometry teacher) told Nicole that she has a new best friend this weekend and that
she had to spend lots of time with her bestie ....
I said ..what ? Who is your new bestie Nicole??
Her reply according to mrs clarkson...
Geometry...
So Nicole did as she was told and spent many many hours with her new friend "Geometry"
they actually got along pretty well ...

The Puffy ....

A must for all whittier/la mirada residents ... So since Nicole had never partaken in eating at

Puffy Taco .. Gabriel and Lauren made it happen !!!

Wow it was GOOD!!!

This is the latest... It wasn't my imagination, it isnt my fault ...

With meds, a better diet & excerise

the hope is we can keep it in check ...

My journey just continues, I try to find the silver lining in each piece of it ..

some days are better than others, but life will go on and with each answer a new perspective on

Life ... the next question does this have to do with my iron issues, looking like not, but

we will continue to work and strive to find out what i do next!!!

Stay in the moment, love the gifts i've been given a long the way, be thankful for the hands that are holding mine along the way and continue to hope for answers in the months to come...

Lori, everything happens for a reason .. hold on to that and know that it will be OK..

Box seats .. row 4 .. autographs from 4 players on ry's jersey ....

time with papa ... Star Wars Night, so high fives with a storm trooper & Darth Vader ...

a win for the boys in blue and a fabuolous fire works show.. .
