Ferratin

I am strong,  life will not beat me, i can handle anything!!!

As I sat in the doctors today with yet another IV hooked up, I spent a lot of time thinking about me,

in the words of my dear friend

it's time to take a deep breath, pull my self togther and stop spiraling..

this comes on the heals of a hard weekend and a time of pure vulnerability with Mark on Saturday...

This won't take me down... just empower me to enjoy more!!

Control i'm going to try to release you and i'm going to continue to strive to get better...

Even the doctors telling me my ferratin levels dropped again ... isn't going to break me....
